--Boring day
Finally is the day which our OIP trip starts from, we are told to reach the airport by 11pm. After checking in our luggage, we sat in the Starbucks for a drink before going in the departure room (D40). Unfortunately the flight was delayed as there were some technical problems which cause us to wait from 1.20am till 4.30am (after many checks). As it was so boring waiting on our seats, we approached to the pilot for a photo as a memories. The pilot seems to be in the age of early 20s and he is able to be the main pilot for the plane (CA404). While waiting, we were observing what the 8 engineers are doing in front of the plane which that maybe the causes of the flight delay. Finally we boarded the plane at 4.45am; everyone was worried about the problems on the plane. The plane managed to move but in the end the flight was cancelled. We are assigned to take a bus to Orchard Hotel for a night before the plane was fixed. The hotel serve us breakfast before checking in, the lunch and dinner were also provided. In the room, we were able to see the scenery of Singapore Orchard. It’s the first time to experience as a Singaporean that stays in Singapore hotels. In the noon, we were informed that the flight was brought forward to March2012 10pm flight. After taking the air ticket, we were playing card games in the departure room while waiting.
